Veteran Roof Giveaway Program
At Starway Roof Systems, we believe that everyone deserves a safe, reliable roof — especially the veterans who have served and sacrificed for our country. Through our partnership with Owens Corning as a Platinum Preferred Contractor, we’re honored to help provide new roofs to veterans in need.
This program is one way we show our appreciation to those who have given so much. There’s no catch, no gimmicks — just a chance to serve those who have served us.
How It Works
If you know a veteran who could benefit from a new roof, we invite you to nominate them for consideration. We accept submissions year-round and review each one with care.
To nominate someone:

- Share their story and roofing need using the form below
Selected recipients will receive a professionally installed roof at no cost, using high-quality Owens Corning materials.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must reside in the Central PA Region.
- Must be a retired member of the U.S Armed Forces.
- Must be the primary owners of the residence.
- Roof must be 20 years or older.
- Roof replacement material must be shingle.
- Roof size must be 25 squares or less.
