During the inspection, our inspectors will take a significant number of photos, usually 40-60, to document the condition of your roof. These photos serve as valuable visual evidence and we will share them with you.

They will carefully inspect the shingles for any cracks, curling, or missing pieces. They will also examine the flashing around chimneys, vents, and skylights to ensure a proper seal.

By capturing detailed photos of your roof, we can provide you with a visual reference and ensure that nothing goes unnoticed. These photos will be shared with you during the walkthrough of the inspection results.

Recommendations and Options

After the analysis and future projections, we will go over the inspection results with you. Our team will explain any findings, recommendations, and potential options to address any issues or concerns identified during the inspection.

If repairs or maintenance are needed, we will provide you with detailed recommendations and discuss the available options. Our team will work closely with you to find the best solutions that fit your budget, preferences, and timeline.
